nothing bundt cakes

will be coming to los gatos!! woohoo!! i happened to spot the store while we were driving around there. it's not open yet, but hopefully soon.

we tried kara's cupcakes in palo alto and it was alright. we tried banana, carrot, fleur de sel (chocolate caramel), lemon, passion fruit, and chocolate raspberry. the frosting on the lemon and passion fruit was realllly gross, it tasted very oily, but i liked the filling in those. the carrot and banana had cream cheese frosting so those tasted good and were probably my favorites. the fleur de sel and chocolate raspberry were ok, both had chocolate cake but it was dark chocolate so not sweet enough for me. =) i still want to try sibby's cupcakes, i just don't like that you can't pick your flavors and you have to buy 12. maybe we'll finally buy some for my and j's bdays.
