oooh..i have readers! ok, i guess i'll try to post more often then... =P

on sat, julian and i went to the grand opening of Strike bowling alley at Vallco. It's where Tilt the arcade used to be. OMG, Vallco is the saddest mall ever. pretty much everything is closed and boarded up except for Dynasty, Express, Victoria Secret, the ice skating rink, the new movie theaters, and the new bowling alley. hopefully with all these new things they're adding, it'll become more of a happenin' place that people will want to go to. we saw ocean's thirteen at the new movie theater a few weeks ago and it's pretty nice. the bowling alley is really nice too, it's glow in the dark bowling and they have an arcade, pretty big lounge/bar area, pool tables and they play really loud music. they charge a $5 cover on fri/sat nights though and it's $32.95/lane/hour. so it's kind of pricey..but could be a cool place to hang out once in a while. when we went they were having a grand opening special, 94cent shoe rental and 94cents/game! and you could play unlimited games! we only played 4 though, my hand was getting too tired.

btw, i finished book 7 of harry potter! probably most have not read it yet, so i won't post any spoilers here, but i enjoyed it for the most part.
